What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Standard shipping cost is a flat rate of $4.99 with free shipping on all orders over $75.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major credit and debit cards with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express logos. We also except Paypal.

How long will delivery take?

Please allow 24 – 48 hours for your tracking info to update after you receive it. Orders within the United States normally take 3-7 business days to arrive after being shipped, while some orders may take up to 30 days to arrive.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will be shipped out on the same day, or, at the latest, the following work day.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an invoice in the order confirmation email that is sent you right after your payment is processed.
